Japanese-Scottish Kimono

I hand-sewed this kimono to honor my unique mixed ancestry from both Japan and Scotland. It is made entirely from men's shirts and boxer shorts. You may have seen it on the front page of Reddit, TIME.com, or in the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience in Seattle.
