Stigmas Surrounding Mental Health

Mental health is often not communicated about, especially in ethnic and religious minority communities. While interviewing for this project it was revealed that stigmas surrounding mental health kept individuals from communicating with others. This problem was especially prominent when it came to communicating with older generations. My role was to create a social media campaign encouraging a more positive discourse surrounding mental health via sets of social posts.
