For my capstone project at Syracuse University, I conceptualized and designed a brand for a contemporary garden-to-table cafe & restaurant, NRSH.
All of its ingredients are sourced from the restaurant’s garden, making it highly sustainable. The restaurant is also entirely vegan and follows a wasteless policy. Because this is a garden-to-table restaurant located in sunny California, the menu varies by season.
