You don't like to wait

Claro Puerto Rico was about to launch its new and improved Customer Service for those who simply can't wait to get a better and faster service. The commercials showed different life scenarios where people just don't like to wait or in Spanish "No les gusta esperar". I was in charged of the TV scripts and helped the team with the creative concept.
