To expand on Arizona’s legendary symbol of contemporary Americana and 90s pop-culture, “Great Buy 99¢”, we created the Great Buy 99 pop-up store in Soho, New York. A unique retail experience that riffed on the classic New York 99¢ store, the pop-up was set amongst high-profile boutiques of the famed lower-Manhattan luxury shopping mecca known as Soho. We represented the key essence of the brand through a multitude of culturally relevant domains —fashion, lifestyle, music, and art. Lifelong Arizona fans and new consumers alike were rewarded with must-have collectible merchandise. Over 10,000 guests visited the pop-up in 6 days, drawing the attention of the city’s most respected media outlets, including Hypebeast, Highsnobiety, People, Time out, NBC, and Forbes.
