Baskin Robbins + Netflix

In July 2019, we turned the Baskin-Robbins brand into Scoops Ahoy, the ice cream parlor from Stranger Things 3. Then we created Operation Scoop Snoop, an ARG that featured over 160 pages of new Stranger Things storyline, and could only be played using 1980s technology. The result was the best summer in Baskin-Robbins’ history, and a lasting sales increase that helped them turn a profit during the brutal year of 2020.
