Starting a new job can be excited but also stressful. With a firm with just under 50 billion dollars in closed transactions, it is essential to get started on the right foot. My Copywriter and I created a welcome kit with a critical guide for new employees. We designed a booklet that explains the company goals, where it stands, and how to become an asset. This guide uses the Marcus & Millichap brand by utilizing layout, typography, and design to create a cohesive story that hopes to set up an employee for success.
