The Duke of Wellington, a famous Glasgow landmark known for the traffic cone on his head, in the middle of a snowstorm. The artwork is inspired by French Impressionism and Fauvism giving it a vibrant colour palette and playful mark-making. I captured this moment a few weeks ago while I was working on a mural in Glasgow’s city centre. I really liked the shadow cast by the Duke of Wellington statue.
A stormy winters day at the University of Glasgow. When I first visited Glasgow this was my favourite spot and later I got to have my graduation ceremony here. You get an excellent view of the city from the south side of the building now that the trees have lost their leaves. Worth a visit in the winter.
