Workflow Thought Leadership Publication
ServiceNow wanted to build a leadership program to talk about more than its products. We worked with them to conceive and launch Workflow, a digital magazine that’s the company’s first foray into thought leadership to engage this critical audience of CIOs. Journalism, design, audience development and analytics worked together to create a fast feedback loop that allows us to rapidly improve results.
As the design director, I learn from these insights and adapt designs to create better engagement and facilitate experimentation.
For each story, we craft original artwork and think through how the story flows. We consider when the walls of text should be broken up with pullquotes, graphs, data-bits or any other visuals relevant to the article.
