Powered by AI and using SMS and Facebook Messenger, Quitxt is an innovative smoking cessation program from UT Health San Antonio. While Facebook Ads initially helped raise awareness about the program, UT Health asked us to create an engagement campaign that was more human, direct, and cost-effective than advertising on Facebook. So we sent trained volunteers across San Antonio to engage smokers outside of bars and venues with a cultural-forward approach, reaching 4,000 smokers while reducing engagement costs by 50% for every young smoker that enrolled.
