Redemption Rye Revival
Before Prohibition, rye whiskey was America's #1 spirit, birthing classics like the Old Fashioned, Manhattan and the Waldorf. Redemption is setting out to own Rye; restoring it to its rightful place on the shelf with the help of a little history, period appropriate photography (tintype) and actual out of work bartenders in the year of covid, not actors.
