With a goal to reduce perceived wait times, tell compelling stories, and (of course) promote available products, we created a character who would star in a series of short form videos. “Kayla” was both a fashionista and blogger.
Over the course of 18 months, coinciding with changing seasons and product launches, we produced five videos showcasing Kayla and her friends on different adventures; all of which featured AT&T and a true lifestyle brand.
