Legal Aid Survey

We chose to dive into user interviews after reviewing the domain through a competitive analysis report, which revealed the need for a guide and a modern design layout. The interviews provided us with vital insight into people’s experiences with the family law process. We chose to design with accessibility at the forefront of our minds. People were frustrated with the complicated and archaic process of family court. They wanted to be self-educated so that they could make the most informed decisions.
