I project managed the execution and delivery of B2B sales materials for our Rights team's participation in our first year of all-digital international book fairs - London, Bologna, Beijing, and Frankfurt - by coordinating the frontlist of over 350 titles. I set the master title list with the manager and director of Subsidiary Rights, set the scope of the project by determining budget and specs for deliverables, set the schedule for delivery and design deadlines, disseminated individual title list to respective designers, and coordinated the final delivery of these assets to Rights. Upon project completion, I hosted our post-mortem based on initial goal, timeline, and budget, and to review necessary improvements for future projects.
