Ethnos News Portal

Ethnos is an established and nationwide newspaper in Greece. The main goal of the project was to design an augmented version of the printed version on the web and to provide additional features on the online news portal era.
Working on the design of such a large scale news portal was a creative challenge, that needed extensive study.

The creative direction was build upon the color palette and the branding that already existed. The UI design was led by the in depth UX research and analysis, followed by all the requirements, the possibilities or the constrains of the web. The overall target was to make a visual appealing, accessible, readable and quick news portal.
