Busta Rhymes & Q-Tip

The brief was to design and illustrate an album cover to commemorate a historical collaborative mixtape between Busta Rhymes and Q-Tip of A Tribe Called Quest. This would be their first collaborative album ever despite their decades of friendship. The direction was to take the iconic aesthetic of Midnight Marauders and create a dragon which represents the persona of Busta Rhymes.
