I don't have an interesting story about this project (unless stories about sitting at a laptop, typing are interesting to you). It was brochure-writing; however, it was the new corporate brochure when Nuveen launched its rebrand into ESG (environmental, social, governance) and responsible investing. Wrote some case studies for it, and I'm proud of a few pithy lines in it: 'Investments speak louder than words,' 'Portfolios with a purpose,' 'It's a global village. Nuveen is in the neighborhood,' and 'Investing like the future depends on it. Because it does.' I conceived and penned about 95 percent of this.
