I'd never done automotive before, so this was baptism by fire. (It was also my first exposure to the amazing mobilator -- or the way one drives a car when one doesn't really want to drive a car!) I served as the co-director of content for a live event in Las Vegas, the dealer launch of Genesis, the new luxury car brand from Hyundai. The client was Genesis, and the agency was GP Strategies, a firm providing instructional design services for the auto-dealer market. I co-directed production on a full day of content for 800 attendees, featuring eight hours of speeches and breakout sessions for eight presenters, including speaker support and multimedia, at Aria, from concept to delivery ... in 31 days.
