Deal With It, a small process editorial about burnout and anxiety, features interviews with Visual Dialogue’s Creative Director/Founder Fritz Klaetke and Freelance designer Aiden Symes, both of whom describe their methods of stress relief and ‘burnout’ prevention. As the book progresses, the margins and typography constrict and the grid completely breaks down, mirroring the effects and feelings of overwhelming stress and anxiety.
