Werlabs – Blood tests simplified - rebranding of a Swedish health startup.
Werlabs was born in Sweden – with one of the most secure and best health care systems in the World, but like the rest of the World, a system facing a crisis due to the levels of preventable lifestyle-related chronic diseases. Werlabs team believed that knowledge and access are the first steps to solving this problem and started offering B2C and B2B health checks through blood tests in collaboration with Karolinska University Laboratory, Unilabs, and Aleris.
Until 2017 all the focus was on service and product development but not on the brand until new marketing materials were needed. Then I was approached with the task of refreshing the look and feel of Werlabs. It started with logo redesign but ended up on a total remake of the brand platform, concept, product portfolio, visual and verbal guidelines – everything applied to all Werlabs touch-points, digital and physical.
