The Vitamin Shoppe app being initially only accessible for registered users and the company gearing its strategy towards an overall redesign of their digital products, I worked on the redesign of their mobile app.
Challenges:
-Identifying all experience impacts involved with Vitamin Shoppe's change of business strategy: access without registration and conversion to an e-Commerce app
-Working in a fast pace environment involving redesigning the UI in parallel with the UX (for which I worked closely with a visual designer)
UX Design process:
Within an agile context, I applied the following steps:
-Leading recurrent workshops with the client stakeholders to gather business requirements and present the design solutions (user journey mapping, design system with templates and modular behavior)
-Creating annotated wireframes and prototype
-Iterate on the design based on the client's feedbacks
-Following up with the Visual Design
-Attending to daily meeting with the business and technical teams for implementation follow up
