L'Oréal Vivatech Experience

Each year a mondial conference organized towards digital technology and innovation is set in Paris (France).
I have been hired by a creative agency (Valtech) that has been referred by L'Oréal group to develop and execute a forward-thinking digital concept/prototype meant to showcase the future of L'Oréal's presence and strategy worldwide.

As the only UX designer in the team, I collaborated with all teams involved in the experience, from the concept's ideation of the future of the brand, the customer's physical and digital experience for L'Oréal products try on smart mirrors (powered by Memomi) combining AR and AI.

Challenges:

- Establishing the user experience at multi-levels (digital, physical)
- Understanding the technology (smart mirrors)
- Being responsible for the overall experience (incuding content curation based on users profile)
- Incompressible timeline due to the event's date
