UNIQLO in-store campaign
On the eve of a national expansion, UNIQLO’s copy had a stiffness problem. I was brought in to loosen things up: rather than presenting customers with statistical evidence of softness, my punchy, succinct copy gave them a reason to reach out, and pick the clothes up. The copy was a success, with UNIQLO incorporating it not only into its American stores, but also using it for ad campaigns and its in-house magazine.
