Cover Art for Julius King's Brutus

I was hired by Julius King to design cover art for his single "Brutus." King's personal experience of betrayal by his best friend mirrors the emotional states of Marcus Junius Brutus's last moment --- the story of Brutus inspire the art direction for King's single cover. King commission me to illustrate him getting backstab and he provides a reference photo to design the cover. I like the picture so much that I don't think I needed to redraw him. I also like the idea of me drawing the imaginary feeling of getting him to stab.
