Rebranding a Mediterranean cuisine in Beijing
CASA TALIA is a cuisine that integrates an essential and elegant meaning of the Mediterranean cuisine. Our task is to introduce Chinese customers to a traditional Mediterranean food culture and make it more accessible.
The historical connections of the region and the influence of the Mediterranean Sea developed into cuisines that share dishes with strong cultural connections. The logo incapsulates and modernises a culturally rich Italian and Spanish cuisine by mixing a contemporary sans-serif and a serif typeface with historical typographical nuances. The logo together with the monogram forms a defining image of the spirit of the Mediterranean lifestyle of Casa Talia. The brand identity embraces a rich, colorful food palette and classic lifestyle.
