To demonstrate the importance of empathy as a driver for stronger brands, comOn created “Who Cares - The Brand Empathy Report”. A digital brand was created, built on top of a flexible and modular system, allowing it to scale and enabling durability to support extra data that is gathered during the study. This pioneering study resulted in an interactive tool that allowed marketeers to pinpoint which brands are best at understanding what people feel, thing and do, sharing the belief that empathy is a powerfull tool that adds value to a brand.
