TodayTix Brand Voice
Since TodayTix’s beginnings, the employees have felt ownership, passion, and pride in the work that they do. Which mean that sometimes, the brand voice was up to whoever was running the project. The challenge was not only to define a brand voice that is ownable and consistent across all channels, but also to get buy-in across the company.
We started with stakeholder interviews, hosted a workshop to hear from our peers, and analyzed that data. Then, we brought two directions to life and walked the stakeholders through them. After landing on one and developing it further, we gathered more peer feedback to make sure we heard from a variety of people throughout the entire process.
I was the creative lead, copywriter, workshop host, and project manager. Plus, I had to quickly figure out how to present creative remotely (thanks, pandemic).
