Product:
It started with SerpBook in 2011, and it is now merging to Keyword.com in 2019. SerpBook makes It simple to track and share SEO rankings.
Challenge:
Take an already existing for eight-year-old product and uncover the problems in the UX, update product UI, and improve the onboarding flow, subscription flow, cancelation flow.
My Role:
I worked with great guys from SerpBook as a product designer. Together with fantastic engineering and stakeholders team, we redesigned whole UX/UI application—improving the flows on onboarding, cancelation, subscription and checkout, new desktop UI, and modern UX. We also implemented a bunch of new features that never been in the product before. User testing and analytics were a part of my role. I also designed a design system that was distributed to three other SEO products.
