The Ask: Establish national awareness and demand through an integrated cross-channel platform. The Problem: Vivint is nationally recognized as a leading provider of smart home technology for single-family residences. But has struggled to adapt to the complexities of multi-family residences The Solution: A campaign speaking to Vivint’s superior integrated and secure smart home technology that drives net operating income for property managers. My Role: I was on the brand strategy team, interviewing executives and property management companies, white-boarding strategic concepts, and conducting keyword and competitor research.
