YouTube Music Certification course

I scoped, compiled, edited, iterated, and otherwise wrote a 16,000-word eLearning course and exam that teaches YouTube's managed music partners (record labels, publishing companies, artist managers) how to optimize an artist's YouTube channel to grow their audience. Coordinated with engineering, instructional design, and partner-facing teams across Google and YouTube. Beta tested the material with EMEA partners at Sony Music, Universal Music Group, and Merlin in London. Product launched in English May 2019, localized in 25 languages.
