I designed the UX/UI of the MVP of Perengo’s programmatic recruitment platform for Fortune 500 companies. Perengo is a San Francisco start-up, acquired by TMP Worldwide.
I developed Perengo’s user experience and digital product strategy from ground up. I created user flows, working closely with the CEO, designed the UIs and designated styles, created interactions, and drew digital illustrations. As design lead, I also mentored and reviewed work from two junior designers. For this early stage start-up efficiency was key. I created processes for developer handoff, a tight UI kit system, and a streamlined user experience, which allowed our team to meet a 20% increase in engagement from job seekers compared to competitor figures.
