Dez, was a contemporary middle eastern fast casual brand located in Nolita, New York City. Restaurant was created by Top Chef Canada’s Eden Grinshpan, and by Chloe founder Sam Wasser. Branding is influenced by middle eastern colors, and desert images. Work created for Dez has been featured on ABC News, USA Today, Business Insider and more.
