Each year, the brands of L’Oreal gather at the Louvre in Paris to share their latest and greatest ideas and innovations. Essie, L’Oreal’s iconic nail polish brand, challenged us to bring their 1950’s soda pop theme to life for the big event. Inspired by the jukeboxes and automats of the era, we created a virtual device that could select, package and deliver a virtual gift of nail polish — all with the whimsical flare of a Rube-Goldberg machine.
As the Creative Director, I developed the concept and collaborated with a team of talented 3D artists at Ataboy Studios to bring our vision to life.
