We worked with UCP Wheels as one of our pro-bono clients, through an internal CSR initiative.
DESIGN PROMPT.
How to create a delightful and attractive consumer experience that builds consumer loyalty and engagement with something as unappealing as a gas company?
PROCESS.
Led a multi-disciplinary team of designers, engineers and strategists throughout the project. We first organized and designed a purpose session to discover the organization’s core values, then created branding guidelines based on those core values discovered, and designed the logo and branding assets.
We developed a strategic engagement plan in order to increase awareness and donor engagement; then designed engagement assets and two campaigns according to brand guidelines. Finally, we re-designed the website according to the refreshed brand guides and engagement plan.
OUTCOMES.
