This classic "made in America" company was stuck in a rut, focused on being a product supplier but struggling to find ways to inspire their customers. We needed to bring personality and life to the brand, allowing them to connect to the need the addressed. I served as the creative strategy lead, developing a content strategy anchored in a consumer-focused approach and identity that led to improved sales & partnerships, and a 2017 Platinum SABRE Award and a 2017 PRSA Silver Anvil for brand strategy. The project included multiple video content pieces, a completely overhauled web site, and a new brand positioning.
