The Past Is a Grotesque Animal

I met of Montreal while living in Athens, Georgia and spent nearly 7 years filming them on and off as the band rollercoastered through a series of highs and lows. The result was my first feature documentary, released through Oscilloscope Films. I shot the majority of the footage, minus the archival materials and co-edited with Andrew Napier.
