Away: Voice Guidelines
Away came to us with kind of a big goal: to become nothing less than the world’s number one travel brand. To help them take the next step, we crafted a voice guidelines book that would help a growing in-house team of copywriters identify what to say and how to say it. I partnered closely with the strategy, directed, edit and wrote the guidelines, and wrote supporting copy.
