School of Visual Arts Subway Poster

With this School of Visual Arts series, the artist is asked to interpret what “ART IS!” means to them. I chose to focus on “play and exploration” as the main concept for the poster. I’m honored to be included with all the artists who have created these posters over the years, and have loved seeing them all around the city. They are also animated on LinkNYC kiosks at street level.
