Tone It Up Community Platform UI/UX & Art Direction
Tone It Up is a fitness brand with an active, devoted community of women dedicated to health, happiness, and fitness. As part of a larger initiative to retarget their brand and messaging, we worked on a revamp of their main product - the community platform - that is home to almost 300,000 users.
The redesign needed to address major usability issues community members were experience on a daily basis while also allow for new product features. We set out to build a custom community platform based largely on user interviews and feedback.
Women mainly use the site on-the-go, so building the platform as a native mobile experience was a must.
Part of the revamp included a streamlining the brand with an updated logo, new fonts and color palette, photo direction, and custom iconography.
