Ubu.com is an archive site for avant garde work from the 20th century. Founded in the late 1990s, it has not changed since it first launched over 20 years ago. For the redesign, I took inspiration from composition notebooks and physical archiving systems (like file cabinets) to create a website that feels modern, playful, and easy-to-navigate while exploring Ubu’s vast catalog.
