Event Production: Casting Call Live and Mogul Live

These are two events that I have produced during my time at Gimlet Media. Casting Call was a live podcast show/cocktail hour held for Squarespace at their NYC Headquarters. I was the project manager for this event and worked on every aspect: decoration, catering, run-of-show, scheduling, activity planner, vendor liaising. I emceed the event and served as the crowd warm-up before the live taping began. I also closed the deal on an alcohol sponsorship with Peroni beers, so all of the alcohol for the event was free. The event was sponsored by Spotify to celebrate the life and accolades of late Mogul host, Reggie Osse.
