Binabe Shokudo

Branding for Binabe Shokudo, a Taiwanese tapas bar in Kameido, Tokyo.
Kameido is a popular area for drinking with colleagues and friends. Among other cosy izakayas in the neighbourhood, Binabe Shokudo especially wants to welcome female customers who sometimes think a traditional izakaya a little bit rough. Inspired by vintage Taiwanese packagings, the clean and geometric logotype represents the nostalgic but modern concept of the bar. The doodle-style illustration adds an approachable atmosphere to the logo, depicting a female group enjoying their time together.
