Last year Dunkin' decided to go on a first name basis with America by dropping 'Donuts' from their name. JKR was tasked with simplifying and modernizing the brand, while still paying homage to Dunkin's heritage. As an Account Executive, I helped to support and facilitate this transition as we translated our strategic learnings to design, created a proprietary typeface, overhauled the packaging design, and announced the name drop and packaging roll out to Dunkin's fans across the country.
