Assignment: Launch BB&T’s new P2P money sending mobile app ZELLE. Challenge: ZELLE is mostly used by millennials, so our challenge was to shed BB&T’s 150-year-old southern conservative image and appeal to a younger audience. Execution: My winning idea was a toe-tapping, hand-slapping, energetic campaign featuring young folks on the app while on the go.
