Trade advertising is about two things 1)Telling accounts why your brand is the best thing for their business 2) Paying tribute to accounts by letting the industry know that their brand is the best thing for YOUR business So when a certain consumer electronics trade publication was helping "the big A" celebrate 20 years of consumer electronics retailing, we saw it as a chance to also pay tribute to the reason for the arrow in Amazon's logo. BTW while the issue was full of well-wishers and ring kissers, our client was one of the very few who rated a "thanks for the ad" email from their Amazon buyer...and all this without an algorithm
