CEOS at Las Fotos Project

CEOs (Creative Entrepreneurial Opportunities) (est. 2017) is a social enterprise of Las Fotos Project. We provide photography services to a range of organizations while providing teenage girls from underserved communities with on-the-job training. Although a male-dominated industry, our social enterprise positions itself as a female-driven photography business. Hire Her disrupts the landscape by teaching teenage girls how to leverage their technical photography skills while empowering them to pursue opportunities within the digital media industry. Through weekly classroom instruction and on-the-job training, we equip our students with the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to think critically, explore creative careers, and become self-sufficient.
