Allswell launched as an affordable, direct-to-consumer mattress brand — the first in Walmart's arsenal of digitally-native products. Within a year, the brand expanded past the bedroom and into other areas of the home.
As lead designer, I helped shepherd that evolution. From guiding the new photography to creating a website launch plan that aligned with the brand's new goals. In the end, Allswell successfully pivoted from being the one-stop destination for all bedroom goods to being the one-stop destination for all home goods.
