Carbon, a digital financial service platform, introduced a loan top-up feature that allows customers with running loans have access to new loans. In this project, we made the feature usable and educative to the target groups of customers.
* The problem -> The founders wanted to increase loan disbursement rate by 50%. Key product owners and builders were tasked to make this a reality. To give out more loans, we decided to ask our customers about our loan application process, learning why and how we can improve this feature so they can get more loan from us. We decided to brainstorm on the information and feedback gotten. We thought of ways we can iterate our business model, tech and process to ensure we create a satisfying & improved feature.
