The Netflix Title Visibility application (or NTV) services a large range of users, all coming to the app with varied intentions. It’s primary users are Title Product Managers (or TPMs) who own a title throughout its entire lifecycle. They partner with many teams up and down the “Pitch to Play” production workflow to ensure a smooth title launch on to the Netflix service.
We learned that there was a need to provide a dynamic and user aware experience upon first logging into the Netflix Title Visibility App, mitigating the need to take repeated action and perpetuate context from app to app.
