Tupelo Honey: restaurant rebrand
I was senior lead designer & art director (partnering with Uncompany) for the rebrand of the southern restaurant staple Tupelo Honey. I lead the rebrand and creative visual direction of the restaurant. Beginning with strategic information sessions to better understand the new direction of Tupelo Honey Cafe, we first updated their corporate identity by modernizing and simplifying their original logo. We then guided them through several new designs for each of their brunch, lunch, dinner, drinks, and specials menus—some of which were unique per store. Then came building signage, in-store posters, packaging, uniforms for staff, clothing for guests, and a spectacular mobile-friendly website that even allows for online ordering! It was a busy 6–7 months of work.
